इस दौरान समारोह में चरणबद्ध तरीके से मुख्य अतिथियों का आवागमन बना रहा।
कार्यक्रम उद्घाटन में मुनी की रेती चेयरमैन रोशन रतूड़ी ने मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में शिरकत कर कार्यक्रम का उद्घाटन किया। कार्यक्रम के दूसरे चरण में कैबिनेट मंत्री प्रेमचंद अग्रवाल ने मुख्य अतिथि के रुप में शिरकत कर खिलाड़ियों को प्रमाण पत्र देते हुए प्रोत्साहित किया।
कार्यक्रम के तीसरे चरण में इनरव्हील क्लब ऋषिकेश अध्यक्षा चारू माथुर कोठारी ने मुख्य अतिथि के रुप में शिरकत कर खिलाड़ियों को पुरस्कार वितरण किया।
इस अवसर पर देवभूमि ऋषिकेश मार्शल आर्ट ट्रेनिंग सेंटर अध्यक्ष सत्यवीर सिंह तोमर ,मानव जोहर, विपिन डोगरा,प्रिंसी रावत,बीना जोशी, सरोज डिमरी, कविता शाह, देवेंद्र प्रसाद रतूड़ी, हरि चरण सिंह आदि ने उपस्थित होकर कार्यक्रम की शोभा बढ़ाई।
