दिल्लीः डिजिटल इंडिया की तर्ज पर भारत को स्मार्ट बनाया जा रहा है। अब हर काम मिनटों में घर बैठे किए जा सकते है। इसी कड़ी में पीएम मोदी ने आम जन को राहत देते हुए आज क्रेडिट-लिंक्ड सरकारी योजनाओं के लिए ‘जन समर्थ पोर्टल’ लॉन्च किया। इससे सरकारी स्कीम के तहत लोन लेना आसान हो जाएगा। इस पोर्टल से 13 सरकारी स्कीम के तहत लोन लेने के लिए आनलाइन आवेदन किए जा सकेंगे। फिलहाल, चार श्रेणी के लोन के लिए आवेदन करने की सुविधा होगी।
जन समर्थ पोर्टल एक डिजिटल पोर्टल है, जहां 13 क्रेडिट लिंक्ड सरकारी योजनाएं मौजूद होंगी। इस पोर्टल के जरिए लोन लेने के इच्छुक व्यक्ति आसान तरीके अपनी पात्रता यानि एलिजिबिलिटी की जांच कर सकते हैं। अगर कर्ज लेने का इच्छुक लोन के लिए पात्र है तो वो पोर्टल पर अप्लाई भी कर सकता है। इसके साथ ही उसे हाथों-हाथ डिजिटली अनुमति भी मिल जाएगी। इसके साथ कोई भी आवेदक, अप्लाई करने के बाद अपने लोन के स्टेटस की जानकारी भी हासिल कर सकता है।
इनमें शिक्षा, कृषि इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर, कारोबार शुरुआत एवं जीवनयापन लोन शामिल हैं। लोन के आवेदन से लेकर उसकी मंजूरी तक, सब काम जन समर्थ पोर्टल से ऑनलाइन होगा। पोर्टल में आवेदक अपने लोन की स्थिति भी देख सकेंगे। आवेदक लोन नहीं मिलने पर उसकी शिकायत भी आनलाइन कर सकेंगे। इस पोर्टल पर सरकार 125 से अधिक लोन दाताओं को एक साथ लेकर आई है।
बताया जा रहा है कि इस पोर्टल पर लोन के लिए चार श्रेणियां बनाई गई हैं। इन कैटेगरी के नाम एजुकेशन लोन, एग्री इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर लोन, बिजनेस एक्टिविटी लोन और लिवलीहुड लोन है। हर लोन की कैटेगरी में कई योजनाएं लिस्ट की गई हैं। लाभार्थी जिस कैटेगरी के तहत लोन लेना चाहता है, उसके लिए पहले उसे इससे जुड़े कुछ सवालों के जवाब देने होंगे। इन जवाबों के जरिए लाभार्थी अपनी योग्यता की भी जांच कर सकेंगे। अगर ग्राहक लोन के लिए पात्र हैं तो उन्हें ऑनलाइन ही मंजूरी मिल जाएगी।
