टिहरी। एक ऐसा पिता जो अपने स्कूल गए पुत्र की तलाश में पिछले कई वर्षों से सरकारी तंत्र के सुस्त रवैये की मार झेल रहे हैं,या फिर पता लगाने के लिए पिछले 16 साल दर दर चक्कर पर चक्कर पत्राचार पे पत्राचार कर रहे हैं,लेकिन जिम्मेदार महकमों ने अभी तक कोई उचित कार्रवाई नही की जिससे कि व्यथित पिता को कोई संतोषजनक जवाब मिल सके।
हम बात कर रहे हैं, टिहरी जिले के हिंडोलखाल ब्लॉक के दुरोगी ग्राम निवासी के बख्तावर सिंह चौहान की जिन्होंने अपने बेटे को ढूढंने के लिए जी जान एक की हुई है। बात 14 नंवबर 2005 की है। जब उनका पुत्र सुबह घर से स्कूल के लिए निकला तो था लेकिन शाम को घर वापसी नहीं हुई। उनका पुत्र ही नही बल्कि इसके साथ एक और बच्चा भी वापस नहीं लौटा। आज इस बात को लगभग 16 साल हो चुके हैं, पिता बीते 16 साल से अपने बेटे को ढूंढ़ रहे है। सोशल मीडिया से लेकर तमाम महकमों से पत्राचार के माध्यम से गुहार लगाने के बाद भी दोनों बच्चों का कोई सुराग नहीं मिल रहा है। जिसके बाद अब मजबूर पिता ने अब विदेश मंत्रालय से गुहार लगाई है।
बख्तावर सिंह चौहान ने विदेश मंत्रालय को लिखे पत्र में कहा है कि उनके पुत्र दीपू उर्फ धीरेन्द्र सिंह चौहान अपने साथी सूरजसिंह पुत्र मंगल सिंह एक साथ दिनाक 14-11-2005 की सांय 6 बजे विद्यालय छुट्टी के बाद गुम हो गये । गुम बच्चों की तलाश / तहकीकात करवाने के लिए भारत गणराज्य के विभिन्न स्तरों से पत्राचार के अलावा सोशियल नेटवर्क के माध्यम से अथक प्रचार प्रसार के बावजूद कोई लाभदायक सुराग या कामयाबी न मिलने के बाद अभी भी प्रयासरत हूं। उन्होंने अब विदेश मंत्रालय से गुमशुदा बच्चों का फोटो / हुलिया बताते हुए उनके पासपोर्ट बनाकर बाहर जाने की आशंका जताते हुए कार्रवाई करने की मांग की है।
उन्होंने गुजारिश की है कि बच्चों के पासपोर्ट और वीजा अगर लगा है तो उससे संबधित जानकारी उपलब्ध कराई जाय,ताकि वह बच्चों की घर वापसी कर सके।
ठेठ पहाड़ी न्यूज़ भी संबंधित विभागों से अपील करता है कि उक्त पीड़ित पिता की वेदना को समझते हुए इस समस्या का हल निकाला जाय ताकि संबंधित विभागों की विश्वसनीयता समाज के सामने कायम रहे।
