देहरादून। उत्तराखंड के नए मुख्यमंत्री पद के लिए नरेंद्रनगर के विधायक सुबोध उनियाल और विकासनगर के विधायक मुन्ना सिंह चौहान का नाम चर्चाओं में शामिल है। पार्टी हाईकमान के पास इन दोनों विधायकों का क्षमता फीडबैक है।
2017-22 के बीच भाजपा को तीन मुख्यमंत्री बनाने पड़े। इससे पार्टी की खूब किरकिरी हुई। पार्टी भले ही फिर से चुनाव जीत गई। मगर, पार्टी के रणनीतिकार उत्तराखंड में मुख्यमंत्रियों की ढीले-ढाले रवैए को नहीं भूले हैं। यही वजह है इस बार उत्तराखंड के नए मुख्यमंत्री के नाम पर पार्टी कुछ हटकर सोच रही है।
पार्टी ने मुख्यमंत्री पद के लिए सोचने का जो व्यापक दायरा बनाया है उसमें स्वयं को मुख्यमंत्री पद का नैसर्गिक दावेदार मान रहे नेताओं को धक्का लगने वाला है। दरअसल, पार्टी क्षमतावान नेता को मुख्यमंत्री बनाना चाहती है।
अभी तक इसको लेकर नरेंद्रनगर से चार बार के विधायक एवं पिछली सरकार में कैबिनेट मंत्री रहे सुबोध उनियाल का नाम मुख्यमंत्री पद के लिए तेजी से चर्चा में आया है। पार्टी के रणनीतिकारों के पास उनकी क्षमता अच्छा फीडबैक है। उन्होंने कृषि और उद्यान विभाग में प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्रनगर मोदी की मंशा के मुताबिक काम किया और रिजल्ट दिया। जनता में उलकी लोकप्रियता और विकास के प्रति कटिबद्ध नेता की है।
अधिकारियों से काम लेने के उनकी हुनर की तो अन्य विधायकों के बीच खूब चर्चा होती है। उनके राजनीतिक विरोधी भी इस बात को स्वीकारते हैं। नरेंद्रनगर विधानसभा क्षेत्र में हुए विकास कार्य इस बात का प्रमाण भी है। एक पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री ने तो नरेंद्रनगर में हुए विकास कार्यों पर आश्चर्य भी व्यक्त किया था।
