हरिद्वारः कलयुगी बच्चे अपने माता-पिता के साथ दुर्व्यवहार कर रहे है। ऐसे में इस बच्चों को सजा देते हुए कोर्ट मे ऐतिहासिक फैसला सुनाया है। हरिद्वार कोर्ट ने माता-पिता को प्रताड़ित करने वाले 6 बच्चों को माता पिता की संपत्ति से बेदखल करते हुए 1 महीने के अंदर घर खाली करने के निर्देश दिए हैं। कोर्ट के आदेश का पालन नहीं करने पर पुलिस प्रशासन को आवश्यक कार्रवाई करने के लिए कहा गया है।
मीडिया रिपोर्टस के अनुसार ज्वालापुर, कनखल और रावली महदूद के बुजुर्गों की ओर से कोर्ट में वाद दायर किया गया था कि उनके बच्चे उनके साथ ही रहते हैं लेकिन ना तो उनकी कोई सेवा करते हैं और ना ही खाना देते हैं। उल्टे उनके साथ मारपीट कर प्रताड़ित करते हैं। जिससे उनका बुढ़ापा जीवन नर्क बन गया है। एसडीएम पूरण सिंह राणा इन मामलों की सुनवाई करते हुए बड़ा फैसला सुनाया।
बताया जा रहा है कि बुजुर्गों की याचिका पर सुनवाई करते हुए एसडीएम पूरन सिंह राणा ने सभी छह मामलों में बच्चों को माता-पिता की संपत्ति से बेदखल करने का फैसला सुनाया है। साथ ही 30 दिन के भीतर घर खाली करने के आदेश दिए हैं। फैसले में कहा गया कि यदि यह लोग घर खाली नहीं करते हैं तो संबंधित थाना प्रभारी इनके खिलाफ सख्त कारवाई करें।
