देहरादून: उत्तराखंड विधानसभा अध्यक्ष ऋतु खंडूडी भूषण 26 मई से केरल की विधानसभा तिरुवनंतपुरम में आयोजित दो दिवसीय राष्ट्रीय महिला विधायक सम्मेलन-2022 में प्रतिभाग करेंगी। इस कार्यक्रम में केंद्र और राज्य सरकारों में महिला मंत्रियों के अलावा, विधानसभा की महिला अध्यक्ष, उपाध्यक्ष, विधायक और सांसद शामिल होंगी।
भारत की स्वतंत्रता की 75 वीं वर्षगांठ के उपलक्ष्य में ‘आजादी का अमृत महोत्सव’ के हिस्से के रूप में आयोजित कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ राष्ट्रपति रामनाथ कोविंद द्वारा किया जाएगा। यह देश में पहली बार है जब महिला प्रतिनिधियों का राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर इतना वृहद सम्मेलन आयोजित किया जा रहा है। दो दिवसीय सम्मेलन में महिलाओं के अधिकार, लैंगिक समानता, निर्णय लेने वाली संस्थाओं में महिलाओं के पर्याप्त प्रतिनिधित्व पर केंद्रित विभिन्न विषयों पर चर्चा की जाएगी।
उत्तराखंड विधानसभा अध्यक्ष ऋतु खंडूडी “संविधान एवं महिलाओं के अधिकार ” विषय पर अपने विचार साझा करेंगी। लोकसभा अध्यक्ष ओम बिरला 27 मई को समापन सत्र का उद्घाटन करेंगे।
