देहरादून। उत्तराखंड राज्य प्रशासनिक सेवा के पहले बैच (2002) के 18 अफसरों को भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (आईएएस) कैडर में प्रोन्नत करने की मंजूरी नई दिल्ली में आयोजित विभागीय प्रोन्नत समिति में की गई। जल्द ही इन अफसरों को आईएएस कैडर में प्रोन्नत करने का नोटिफिकेशन जारी हो जाएगा। शुक्रवार को केंद्रीय कार्मिक और प्रशिक्षण विभाग(डीओपीटी) में हुई डीपीसी में उत्तराखंड के मुख्य सचिव एसएस संधू और सचिव (कार्मिक) शैलेष बगौली ने हिस्सा लिया। इन अफसरों को 2013 से 2015 तक का बैच आवंटित किया गया है।
इन्हें मिला आईएएस कैडर ललित रयाल, आनंद श्रीवास्तव, हरीश कांडपाल, गिरधारी रावत, मेहरबान सिंह बिष्ट, आलोक पांडे, बंशीधर तिवारी, रुचि रयाल, झरना कमठान, दीप्ति सिंह, रवनीत चीमा, प्रकाश चंद, निधि यादव, प्रशांत, आशीष भटगई, विनोद गिरि गोस्वामी, संजय और नवनीत पांडे
उल्लेखनीय है कि 2002 बैच के पीसीएस अधिकारी लंबे समय से प्रमोशन की जंग लड़ रहे हैं। इन्हीं के बैच के पीपीएस अफसर पदोन्नति पाकर जिलों में कप्तानी भी कर चुके लेकिन, इसी बैच के पीसीएस अफसरों के आईएएस में पदोन्नति में एक लाबी लंबे समय से रोडे अटका रही थी।
ये अफसर सुप्रीम कोर्ट से भी जीत गए थे। इसके बावजूद सरकार ने इन्हें प्रमोट नहीं किया।
इसके बाद पीसीएस अफसर विनोद गिरि गोस्वामी ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में मानहानि याचिका दाखिल की थी। इस पर सुनवाई करते हुए सुप्रीम कोर्ट में न्यायमूर्ति जस्टिस एल नागेश्वर राव और न्यायमूर्ति जस्टिस बीआर गवई की खंडपीठ ने इसका निस्तारण किया। खंडपीठ ने सरकार को आदेश दिया है कि डीपीसी कराकर पात्र लोगों को आईएएस में पदोन्नति दी जाए।
