देहरादून: उत्तराखंड के लोक निर्माण मंत्री सतपाल महाराज के प्रयासों का फल मिल गया है। लोनिवि में संविदा पर तैनात तीन सौ से अधिक कनिष्ठ अभियंताओं की बहाली के मामले में शासन ने बड़ा फैसला लिया है। हड़ताल के दौरान हटाये गये लोक निर्माण विभाग के 196 संविदा कर्मी कनिष्ठ अभियंताओं को पुनः बहाल कर दिया गया है। साथ ही अन्य लोगों की बहाली के लिए भी वित्त विभाग को फाइल भेजी गई है।
मीडिया रिपोर्टस के अनुसार सात से 12 वर्ष तक विभाग में सेवाएं देने वाले इन अभियंताओं में से 270 के हड़ताल पर चले जाने के बाद इन्हें हटा दिया गया था। छह माह से अधिक समय बीत जाने के बाद भी इनकी बहाली नहीं हो पाई थी। विभाग में संविदा पर कार्यरत कुल 304 कनिष्ठ अभियंता (सिविल, प्राविधिक, विद्युत, यांत्रिक) में से 181 हड़ताली और 16 कनिष्ठ अभियंता जो हड़ताल में शामिल नहीं थे ऐसे सभी 196 संविदा कर्मी जिन्हें हड़ताल में शामिल होने के चलते संविदा विस्तार न दे कर सेवा से हटा दिया गया था।
बताया जा रहा है कि लोक निर्माण मंत्री सतपाल महाराज के हस्तक्षेप के बाद उन्हें पुनः सेवा में बहाल कर दिया गया है। जबकि शेष 90 संविदा कर्मी कनिष्ठ अभियंताओं की बहाली के लिए प्रकरण वित्त विभाग को स्वीकृति के लिए भेजा गया है। शीघ्र ही वित्तीय स्वीकृति मिलने के बाद इन्हें भी कार्य कर रख लिया जाएगा।
गौरतलब है कि लोनिवि में संविदा पर तैनात इन कनिष्ठ अभियंताओं को एकमुश्त 24 हजार रुपये वेतन दिया जा रहा था। सितंबर 2021 में नियमितीकरण की मांग को लेकर संविदा पर तैनात कनिष्ठ अभियंता हड़ताल पर चले गए। उस दौरान कैबिनेट में यह मामला आया और इसके समाधान के लिए मुख्यमंत्री को अधिकृत कर दिया गया था।
